Morning call out to NONDET on Tuesday 26th February 2019 to fix a network issue that resulted in their cloud drive becoming inaccessible. Issue identified as an IP Address conflict with another device on the network. Cloud Drive's IP manually changed and issue was resolved.

Time was then spent checking all of the network equipment and assisting staff with any other issues they had while I was on site.
