TeamViewer is Our Go-To Program for Remote Access

How do we access your computer? Well, after you’ve given us permission (very important), we will use a program called TeamViewer to be able to use and see everything you can see on your computer. The service is completely safe and secure, and you can see everything that happens. If you prefer, we can also chat via the remote support sessions so that we can explain what we are doing to ensure your problem is fixed as swiftly as possible.

Remote support happens very quickly, and means we can deal with non-hardware issues rapidly, anywhere in the world. If we can help immediately, we will. If not, we’ll create an appointment that is good for you to ensure we can assist at a convenient time. Most of our remote support sessions only cost £20, and are completed within 5-45 minutes. Once we are finished, the connection is securely disabled, and you can get back to the important work you are doing.
