We Accept Deliveries from all Major Couriers and Collectors

Our repair office is based in Hartlepool in the North East of England, UK. Couriers can easily access the building as we are on a main road with good parking facilities. Providing your equipment is well padded (which we will remind you of when a delivery is arranged), we will look after your equipment with the utmost of care until it is fixed or setup. MyHermes, DHL, UPS, or any other courier services are all accepted.

For Best Results, Tell us Everything

In order to ensure your equipment is fixed efficiently, we need to know everything about what happened. Don’t worry, we won’t be expecting you to tell us a load of technincial lingo, but please explain what has happened from your own point of view so that we can get the issue sorted promptly. If it’s to set up a new piece of equipment, let us know what it will be used for you and we’ll ensure its ready to be used when it is returned.
