If you’re having some IT issues at home (software, viruses or hardware issues) or need a new piece of tech setting up, we can help. Even something as simple as being available to contact to point you in the right direction can save hours of frustration and get you back to what you are doing.

Swift Response and Service

When you request a home visit from Skippy, we arrange to come and see you as soon as possible. We do try to get all issues resolved the same day, but depending on what issues you are having it may take a little longer to come and fix it. Software issues are normally responded to within 24 hours, while hardware and equipment setup is between 24 and 72 days (we may need to order some new equipment to fix the issue).
